Abdominal radiographs revealed severe unilateral renomegaly, and ultrasonographyshowed a left-sided renal mass. During the operation, left kidney was resected. Cytologial and histopathologicalexaminations revealed neoplastic lymphoid proliferation with high mitotic figures in renal mass.
